The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to file charges against Kim Delaney and her husband, James Morgan, after a domestic violence incident between the couple.
A spokesperson tells Page Six Tuesday, “Our office has declined to file charges against Kim Delaney and James Morgan due to insufficient evidence.”
District Attorney Nathan Hochman also confirmed no charges will be filed. He adds, “Should additional evidence or witnesses emerge during the course of the investigation, this decision may be reconsidered.”
A rep for Delaney did not immediately return our request for comment on the decision.
The latest update comes three days after the “NYPD Blue” alum was arrested Saturday morning following a report that she and Morgan had gotten into a “heated argument that turned physical.”Law enforcement sources then gave more details about what allegedly transpired between the pair.
A source claimed to TMZ that Delaney and Morgan had been arguing since Friday evening, which prompted the “CSI: Miami” alum to file a domestic violence report with the police that night.
Delaney reportedly called the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department the following morning when her husband returned to their residence.

However, Morgan claimed to police that his wife had actually attempted to run him over with her vehicle shortly before the authorities arrived, per a source. He reportedly showed cops a video as proof.Following a brief investigation, Delaney was booked for felony assault with a deadly weapon and Morgan was taken into custody for misdemeanor battery.
Despite the violent incident, the married couple appeared lovey-dovey on social media earlier this month.
